Bet City Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform Bet City at betcity.ws, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the Bet City platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Bet City. To be eligible to use the platform Bet City, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Not declared bankrupt or currently undergoing active bankruptcy proceedings.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at Bet City. Opening more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or IP address, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name (as per your identification document), an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Bet City reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact Bet City support immediately.
• Bet City is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own failure to keep their password secure.

Bet City accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved Malaysian local payment methods. The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction, with no standard maximum limit unless specifically stated in a particular promotion.

• In the event of a technical failure during an active game (server disruption, loss of internet connection on the user's end), Bet City reserves the right to void and refund the original bet or resume the game, depending on the circumstances.

Bet City users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether personally or through another individual.
• Using bots, automated programs, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to automate betting or gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus systems or games (bonus abuse, chip dumping in poker).
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual geographic location or to circumvent regional restrictions.

• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players on the platform.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties for the purpose of shared access or account trading.
